A private estate, three distinct homes.

The Castle, Villa Aiale and Borgo Castelrotto sit within a 600-hectare private estate on the edge of Val d’Orcia, near Siena and Montalcino. Each property has its own character — united by space, privacy and the quiet rhythm of the Tuscan countryside.

About the Estate

Owned by the same family since 1897, Tenuta Castelnuovo Tancredi is a living landscape of vineyards, olive groves and rolling fields. For more than two decades, the estate has embraced organic farming practices, producing extra-virgin olive oil and wines crafted in the historic cellar.

Here, luxury is not about excess — it is about space, silence, and the continuity of a place cared for over generations.
